Anna-Lena Schindl – A third year Physics student from Germany, Anna-Lena was always fascinated by a multitude of subjects and had trouble settling for one when coming to university. The broad variety of topics and ideas covered on TED.com immediately fascinated her and decided the best way to contribute was to host an independently organized TEDx event within the diverse Jacobs community.
Stephan Huerholz – From Germany as well, Stephan is in his third year studying Integrated Social Science, a transdisciplinary subject by nature combining economics, mass communication, sociology and political science. As a passionate TED follower, he seems to know all the videos on the platform and hosting an own TEDx event was thus just the next step.
